The PRA1700 is a self-powered booster module targeting next generation ultra-high speed HDMI connectivity that will future proof by delivering 18Gbps. This will enable uncompromised connectivity for next generation 3D HD entertainment and gaming, over ultra-thin cables. Once incorporated into a cable, compliance is guaranteed, for ultra-thin, flexible and ultimately easy to live with HDMI cabling.

Programming is performed during production test of cables, incorporating RedMere’s turn-key VerifEye™ tester and it requires no external power source as it utilises proprietary energy harvesting techniques, making it simple to install, together with uncompromising aesthetics.
